Jakarta BPSDM Head, Budihastuti said, functional position is still discussed with Bureaucracy Organization and Reform (ORB) Bureau.
"We are discussing about the formation for this position. BPSDM has a responsibility to prepare its competency," she said, Friday (10/20).
BPSDM Opens Education and Training Coordination MeetingHe explained, Public Policy Analyst functional position has been implemented nationally. But Jakarta Provincial Government does not have it yet.
"According to LAN suggestion, Public Policy Analyst must be provided. I think this is also important for Jakarta Provincial Government," she closed.
